For the ones who choose themselves
Return to
your own
rhythm.
You spend so much of life being something to someone.
A daughter. A partner. A mother. A founder. A friend. A caregiver. A professional.
Raya Vira creates women-only experiences built around the different chapters of being a woman.
Pregnancy. Ambition. Money. Motherhood. Grief. Creativity. Mental health. Friendship. Change. Rest. Starting again. Many more.
Because every season of a woman’s life asks for something different.
What is Raya Vira?
Not every woman
needs the
same room.
One woman may need to understand her money.
Another may need to remember who she was before motherhood.
Someone may be carrying grief quietly.
Someone else may be building the biggest dream of her life and simply need a room full of women who understand that kind of ambition.
Raya Vira brings women together through thoughtfully created day experiences, intimate gatherings and weekend journeys, each centred around a real chapter of a woman’s life.
The subject changes.
The woman remains at the centre.

The meaning of Raya Vira
Raya, for Lakshmi.Vira, for bravery.

For generations, a woman has been called the Lakshmi of the home.
The one who brings warmth.
The one who creates.
The one who remembers.
The one who holds things together.
But perhaps there is another form of bravery we do not speak about enough.
The courage of a woman choosing herself too.
Not instead of the people she loves.
Not because she has stopped caring.
But because somewhere between everything she gives to the world, she deserves to remain present in her own life.
That is Raya Vira.
Lakshmi. And bravery.
Grace. And courage.
Her many roles. And still, her.
या देवी सर्वभूतेषु लक्ष्मीरूपेण संस्थिता।
नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमस्तस्यै नमो नमः॥To the Devi who resides in all beings in the form of Lakshmi, we bow again and again.
And perhaps sometimes, honouring that Devi begins with remembering the woman within.
You will know her
You will
know her.
She is up before the house wakes.
Her mind is already three conversations ahead.
There is something she needs to reply to.
Something someone needs from her.
Something she forgot yesterday.
Something she must remember tomorrow.
Her calendar is full.
Her life may even be good.
And still, somewhere underneath all of it, she misses herself.
Some people call it burnout.
She calls it Tuesday.

You don’t have to be falling apart
You do not need
a reason to
choose yourself.

You do not have to reach your lowest point.
You do not have to be exhausted enough.
Sad enough.
Lost enough.
Burnt out enough.
Sometimes nothing is wrong.
You simply want a few hours where your life is not organised around what somebody else needs from you.
Sometimes you want to learn something that belongs to your future.
Sometimes you want to create.
Sometimes you want to talk.
Sometimes you want silence.
Sometimes you simply miss the woman you are when nobody is asking anything of you.
You do not need to be at your lowest.
You only need to be ready to choose yourself.
उद्धरेदात्मनात्मानं नात्मानमवसादयेत्।
Let a person lift herself through herself. Let her never allow herself to sink.
The self, too, can become her own source of strength.
What happens at Raya Vira?
No rush. No hush.
No decisions
for a few hours.
The details change with every chapter.
One experience may begin with movement.
Another with a conversation about money.
One may bring women together around grief.
Another around a long table.
There may be art, food, experts, stories, writing, movement, learning, silence or simply time.
But there are a few things we want every Raya Vira experience to give you.

Move
A little more into your body and a little less inside your head.

Nourish
Food, conversation and experiences prepared with care.

Make
Use your hands. Try something. Create without needing to be good at it.

Learn
From women, practitioners and experts who have something meaningful to bring into the room.

Connect
Not networking. Not forced vulnerability. Just the possibility of meeting women somewhere beyond small talk.

Be
Time that does not need to become productive.
For once, someone else has thought about the details.
You only have to arrive.
Every experience begins with her
Not with a venue.
Not with an activity.
Not with what
photographs well.
With the woman we are creating it for.

What might she be living through?
What conversations are missing from her life?
What might make this particular season a little richer, lighter, clearer or simply more interesting?
Then we build the room around that.
That is why one Raya Vira chapter may feel completely different from the next.
And that is exactly the point.
The chapters will keep changing
Because
she will.
There will be seasons when she wants to build.
Seasons when she wants to begin again.
Seasons when she wants to understand her money, her body, her grief, her ambition, her friendships, her motherhood, her silence.
And there will be seasons she cannot name yet.
Raya Vira is not built for one version of a woman.
It is built for the many women she will become.
Different chapter. Different room.
Still her at the centre.

A note from Radhika
It began with a thought
I could not let go of.
A woman can have a beautiful life and still miss herself inside it.
She can love the people around her deeply and still want something that belongs only to her.
A conversation. A room. A morning. A journey. A new idea.
A few hours where nobody needs an answer from her.
I did not want to create another place that tells women how to become better.
I wanted to create places that allow them to simply return.
To curiosity. To courage. To softness. To ambition. To laughter.
To the parts of themselves that got quieter along the way.
That is how Raya Vira began.
And I hope every chapter leaves a woman with one small feeling:
I came here as myself.
And I left remembering her.

The Raya Circle
Not every chapter
will be yours.
But one may arrive at exactly the right time.
A chapter you did not know you needed.
A conversation you had been waiting to have.
A room where something in you quietly says,
this one is for me.
Join the Raya Circle.
Tell us a little about the season you are in, and we will write when a new chapter feels worth stepping into.
There will always be something waiting.
Someone to call. Something to finish.
Something to remember. Something to become.
But beneath every role, every season and every version of your life,
there is still you.
And perhaps choosing yourself is not stepping away from your life.
Perhaps it is simply stepping back into it.
